Movie Summary:

The life of an elite ex-cop Matt Conner (Steven Seagal) becomes worse and worse. Alcohol and debilitating gambling are fatal passion that shackles him. But there is one thing for the sake of what he floats yet – his 10-yar-old daughter Becky (Lydia Jordan) and his desire to be a proper father to her. When he gets a chance to return to his ordinary life, Matt catches at a straw. A mysterious old stranger (Lance Henriksen) offers to buy up all his debts in exchange for his skills and muscles.
